The Dutch queen's birthday was on the 31st of January. The day before her birthday, she announced that her son will take over in April this year. I browsed the internet and found a gorgeous photo of her majesty's young self, and drew her portrait in my journal. I guess the photo was made in the seventies.
For this drawing I used an HB pencil, a 3B, 5B and 7B pencils, an eraser pencil and a kneadable eraser.
What a lovely portrait. She was well dressed too as far as I can tell... but then again, which royal isn't :)
