Journal page - snow

 

Today was a beautiful sunny day after a night of snow. 

After a one hour run through the powdery snow, enjoying the crisp air and the warm sun, I sat down by the window and sketched the view in my journal, as the snow was melting already. It was a quick sketch, and now I see I drew some massively big birds over there, it looks a bit silly, but it was a nice exercise, using different tools than the usual graphite.

For the drawing, I used a blue colour pencil and a white gel pen.
