To give today's Draw Tip video a little hint of Christmas, I'm drawing a Christmas candy cane.
4 Tips to create great drawings with colour pencils:
- Create layers of colours with soft strokes - this will deepen the colour and allows you to add more details
- Use the opposite colour to add shading
- Keep sharpening the tips of your pencils
- Be patient and focused
